BY DOWNLOADING AND USING ANY ApparentReality PRODUCT, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRESENT AGREEMENT.
Definitions
ApparentReality (www.ApparentReality.co) is an online marketplace for computer-generated products (“Product”, "Products"), including 3d models, textures, HDRI and images.
License Rights
Ownership
We don’t grant you title or ownership when you purchase a product on ApparentReality.co. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, modify or display Products in accordance with the following Unauthorized use paragraph.
Unauthorized use
You must not:
sublicense, sell, assign, transfer or attempt to transfer any of your rights under this Agreement;
rent, lease, lend, sell or sub-license the product files to another person, company or any other third-party.
share the whole or modified Product with any other person or entity or post online in a downloadable format.
sell, license or distribute whole or modified Product as stand-alone or as part of an online database or any other database, or any derivative product containing the Product in such way that would allow a third party to use, download, extract or access the Product as a stand-alone file;
Copyright
ApparentReality products are protected by Moldavian copyright law and and international treaty provisions. You agree that no title to the intellectual property of any ApparentReality product is transferred to you.
Third-party intellectual property
We do not own or license any third-party intellectual property. You are solely responsible to determine if you need to obtain any clearance, consent or release to use any third-party intellectual property in regards with your use of ApparentReality products.
